THE OTHER GUYS. THE SOCIAL NETWORK. DESPICABLE ME

Triple feature! There should probably be thrice the normal amount of text here today, but I might not even bother. They are all really good. The end.

Haha, no, I wouldn't do that to you, fans!

They are all good though. The Social Network is good because it's just that good. Predominantly brilliant casting, and dialogue that will literally knock your socks off be perceived as very witty and pleasant by most viewers whose tastes and values can be considered at least somewhat similar to mine.  Also (if you thought I wouldn't mention it, you are very naïve indeed, and have yet to fathom the full extent and depth of my formidable intellect), Armie Hammer's voice.

The Other Guys is good because it is a truth universally acknowledged that Will Ferrell is one of the funniest people alive today, and Mark Wahlberg is actually kinda badass. The less amusing bits of the movie are instantly cancelled out by the Majik that they make together. It's like watching a supernova tango with Halley's Comet during a solar eclipse. OK, not quite that impressive, but it is funny, and has an important message, but they aren't jerks about it.

Despicable Me is good because... I think we all know where this is going. It is the cutest thing since the invention of kittens (who are also in it!!). Of course, nothing that involves Pharrell Willams can ever be bad, I promise you this.

Today's bit of Movie Majik was brought to you by the word good.
